Counting down and breathing heavy

I am sitting looking at the sun shining here in Tulsa and thinking of the million and one things I need to do. So far today I have taken Nexium, fixed toast for Campbell, Gatorade for Addison, coffee for me and Kipper, vacuumed the downstairs, scooped the litter box, called two doctors to get Addison in today, unloaded the dishwasher, gotten dressed, fed the cats, met the glass replacement company, taken three Advil, paid the glass replacement company, gotten the mail, gone to the Dr. with Addison, held Addison while she got a shot for strep, put sunscreen on Campbell, sent Campbell off to swim with friends, made Addison lunch, heated leftovers for myself, called gate service to place gates open during moving days, talked to moving company about packers, washed dishes, cancelled a Dr. Appt., gone to return a pair of pants at Steinmart, gotten Addison a "prize" for her shot (a Webkinz Elephant), stopped at Wal-Mart for prescription refill, drinks for packers and toilet paper, emailed both my Realtors, spoken to the gate service again, updated my blog a little, checked email, taken two more Advil, and now I look out the window dazed.

I need to vacuum the upstairs, move a few more things to the "DO NOT PACK and DELIVER TO APARTMENT" stacks, wash more dishes, wash last of laundry before my washer and dryer are un-hooked tomorrow, make my bed, check Addison's temperature, check on vet for next week for cats while loading, and oh about a million other things I will see to do if I leave this chair to go do them.......

I think I will log onto my Webkinz and play a game, or I could go take a shower, have not done that today, or I could hide in the guest room and sleep......or not.

I think I will BREATHE. IN-OUT.....IN-OUT.......IN-OUT

Slow deep breaths are GOOD! In, out. In, out.

A glass of wine wouldn't hurt, either.

I'm drinking one now.

Care to join me?!

XO!
