I watched the inauguration with my first graders and I had chills... very moving moment in American history, even if they didn't really "get" it.
The real reason I am writing is to tell you a little story... A little girl of mine is reading "The Talented Clementine" and I borrowed it (I lent mine to Mrs. Press) to read to the class. I opened it and saw that it is Addison's birthday book. It warmed my heart thinking of Campbell, you, and your sweet family. Thanks for making my day- the Lord works in mysterious ways- I needed a pick-me-up!
How perfect that "At Last" is playing while I am reading this post...did you see them dancing at one of the (many) parties? Oh, I think my heart stopped for a bit...
