A few years ago I went to a class for work in Newport. At the hotel, they had a "TakeOut Taxi service" instead of room service. From the list of restaurants, I found one with the most incredible peanut butter pie I've ever tasted.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to locate the restaurant in Cincinnati with truly amazing peanut butter pie. (Unless you hate peanut butter, in which case you should decline this mission and delete this comment (can't figure out how to get it to self-destruct 15 seconds after your read it.))
Skyline? I DO NOT take any ownership for that. It's not even food, in my opinion.
Have you had Graeter's ice cream yet? The store on 747 (is that the right road? the one that goes from Tri-County Mall to Wyoming) sells really incredible peanut butter fudge.
