As Catherine's prior post indicates, she is already in San Antonio. She is serving on a team for a Walk to Emmaus being led by Jen from http://threelittleindians.blogspot.com. Part of the weekend is to let people know how much they are loved.
I have hijacked Catherine's blog for two reasons. First, to let her know how much I love her. She is AN AMAZING woman. She is the best mother in the world for Addison and Campbell. She brings me so much joy and happiness. She is a wonderful wife and a great friend. And, she is a wonderful servant of God. Selflessly giving her time and energy. Catherine -- I love you so much.
Second, I know Catherine will see the comments anyone leaves on her blog even before she is finished with her service on Sunday. I am asking each of you to leave a comment on her blog and let her know how special she is to you. I am confident that she will feel the love of those around her through the comments left on her blog.

Talk about earning some brownie points, Kipper! Good job!
I agree with you; Catherine, you are an amazing woman! I am so blessed to have you as a friend, and my first "real-life" bloggy one, at that.
I hope your Emmaus weekend is full of God's grace and love. Looking forward to seeing you when you get back.
What a sweet husband. Aww...Catherine..you lucky girl! You can tell how much that guy love you!
Hope you have a wonderful trip, and I have enjoyed so much getting to know you! You are such a neat lady. I think you are very strong in so many ways!
I'm only working on about 100 days of knowing Catherine (and the rest of the Burke crew), but I have been thoroughly blessed. I deeply appreciate your faith, your humor, your commitment, and your love of Mexican food too!
Grace & Peace to you!
You are BOTH very blessed! It's so nice to get to peek in on your sweet lives from time to time. :)
Catherine, I bet you were looking forward to warmer weather here in San Antonio... not a forty-something degree morning! Hopefully it will warm up later today for you. Have fun with your service. I can attest that you are warm, encouraging, and generous everywhere you go - your and Kipper's kind support meant so much to me as a first-year teacher who was "figuring out" life in a new city. Thank you for that!
Also, hello to Kipper, Campbell, and especially Addison. <3
Love,
Carly (a.k.a. Mrs. Leech!)
how sweet, nice, thoughtful is your hubby!!!
lucky, lucky gal!!
can't wait to hear how you & jen & the walk went! i'd love to find out all about it & meet you on one of these SA trips...hope you're getting to spend some time with your daddy too!
you are an incredible blog friend & i'm so blessed to "know" you!
Ok, I am amazed. Not only at God's love for us all, after an amazing Grace-filled weekend, but at my husband. Not only is he tricky but he is a very sweet man. He never seems to stop amazing me. His love for me is unending and I am truly blessed to have him. Thank you Kipper for this and may I add.....HOW DARE YOU!!
I love you.
Oh, yes, Catherine...you are loved by me and so many.
Words cannot describe how emotional I was this weekend when I would glance around the room and see you, Jeanne, and Priscilla ALL in the same room with me...serving with me...laughing with me...crying with me...praying with me...singing and dancing with me...loving our Lord with me...
And, then, to see Kipper participating in his own way---well, the emotions are just indescribable.
It was truly one of the most amazing experiences of my entire life.
I cannot thank you enough for all of the sacrifices both you and Kipper have made to get you here.
I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
WOW! Catherine, I have known you for such a short time, but feel like I know you are the wonderful person that Kipper says you are. You are lucky to have such a loving and thoughtful husband, seeing the pictures from the Daddy daughter dance and hearing how thoughtful he was with each of them brought tears to my eyes. I look forward to growing in our friendship now that you are staying in Ohio...I am still mad at you
