Well I just wanted everyone to know that we are moving, yes again. Can you believe it? I can't.
I am trying to see through the tears.
After 2 moves in 6 months last year, I can't believe my husband had the nerve to lay this one on me. He promised. He said we would be in Ohio for the rest of his career.
Well, he returned from a conference with upper management and was told he was needed to move to LA. Yes, California. I am so pissed, scared and not even wanting to think about telling my children. They will flip.
We promised them too. We told them we would not move unless it was back to Texas. How will I even begin to tell them.
The position is a huge promotion and our salary package will be equal to almost twice what it is now, so that should cover the cost of living increase, but LA...are you kidding....no one ever wants to move to LA. Earthquakes.....UGH.
So please pray for us. We have to face our girls the next couple weeks and I have to plan a trip to see what we are in for. Please help me God.
Or should I say forgive me God.

You totally got me! I'm pretty sure my heart stopped! Well done, Catherine. I agree with Wendy- telling the kids broke my heart. That and the thought of y'all having to live in L.A. The only LA I'm comfortable with is the state! SO GLAD you will be in Ohio!
